Family Physical Therapy is equipped to handle all of your families’ needs including sports related injuries, both acute and chronic. Our staff boasts highly skilled therapists with over 40 years of combined experience, including a certified hand therapist who is highly trained in all hand and elbow problems and also does custom splinting.
We specialize in orthopedic care including hand, shoulder, arm, leg, foot, back and neck care. Our staff prides themselves on patient service.
We offer a reduced fee schedule for those with high deductible insurance and we also offer a cash pay program for those without insurance or for those who have limited HMO insurance plans. We are preferred providers for most insurance (PPO’s) and are a Medicare certified compliant clinic. Our front office is glad to do all insurance verification for you prior to your first visit.
