Brett Pinkney, PT, MPT
Physical Therapist
Brett graduated from the Mayo School of Health Related Sciences, with his Masters of Physical Therapy; he also has a BS in Corporate and Community Fitness. He uses a variety of treatment approaches including: Paris, Maitland, McKenzie, Mulligan, and Norwegian techniques. Brett continues to frequently attend continuing education.

​Alexander Oikawa, PT, DPT 

Physical Therapist
Alexander holds a doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine and a BS in Kinesiology from CSU Fullerton. He is fluent in both English and Spanish. On his days off, you can find him rock climbing, tinkering, or finding new food to try.

Anh received his BA in kinesiology from San Francisco State University and his doctorate from Sacramento State University. He enjoys working with pediatric and neurological patients. When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his daughter.

Marcia Johanson, PT, MPT 
Physical Therapist
Marcia joined Family Physical Therapy with over 20 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Marcia's specialties include sports rehabilitation, spine care, and oncology physical therapy. She is a Roseville resident and regularly attends Bayside Church. She finds great satisfaction and happiness in the care she gives.

Emily Carper, PT, DPT 
Physical Therapist
Emily graduated from San Diego State with her doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019 after attending the same university for her undergraduate degree. She enjoys treating patients with orthopedic injuries and balance challenges. In her free time, you can find her exercising, enjoying the outdoors, reading a book, or trying out a new coffee shop.

Jesse Boyle, PT, DPT
​Physical Therapist
Jesse earned his BS in Kinesiology from San Diego State University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with high honors from the University of St. Augustine in 2021. He has experience working with athletes of all ages, coaching high school, and leading group fitness classes. Jesse combines his strength and conditioning background with a holistic approach and patient-centered education to create individualized treatment plans. Outside the clinic, he enjoys outdoor activities, spoiling his dog Oso, and cooking. ​
