Functional training= training with purpose.
Jon has been working hard through his PT program focusing not only on rehabilitation but also future injury prevention and creating the strongest version of himself for MMA training and competition. He has worked his way up to medicine ball plyometrics, push-pull circuits that challenge his strength and stability, and progressive resistive exercise for functional strengthening of the whole body. An important part of the physical therapy process is learning to "train smarter, not harder".
